1988 Palazzo Scarselli , Bologna GARAGNANI E SASSATELLI ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES – BOLOGNA Refurbishment of an old palace located in the city center of Bologna (dated around 1550), with five stories above ground and one level of underground car parking. The refurbishment of the building meant as a residential and commercial development, is now housing 18 apartments and 6 offices. I’ve been part of the design team from the beginning of the project to the start of site.
1990-94 Quinta da Fonte, Lisbon SUA KAY ARCHITECTS, LISBON Business Park located to the west of Lisbon. The project provides office space in 17 buildings with landscaped communal areas in a comfortable and attractive working environment. Excellent level of finishes and careful design of the details, provide superb working facilities. I’ve been responsible for developing three of the buildings from design, to tender stage and completion on site.
